Returns
We hope you never have to initiate a return, but we’re here to help you out if you do. The following situations may necessitate a return:
- Mismatched or Incorrect Products: If the delivered product(s) do not match your order.
- Expiry Date Issues: If the delivered product(s) are past or near their expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months are considered near expiry).
- Transit Damage: If the product(s) were damaged in transit (do not accept any product with a tampered seal or broken packaging.)
- Defective Products: If the product is defective, spoiled, doesn't work.
- Unwanted Products: Product(s) that may have arrived late and you have found substitutes for.
- Prescription updates: If a long-term/chronic ailment prescription has been updated.
Return Request:
For online orders, raise a Return request with our customer care within 02 days from delivery. Returns can also be processed in store within 8 days of purchase/delivery (BORIS). If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, the concern must be escalated within 2 days of delivery. AMPL reserves the right to cancel a Return request if initiated after the eligibility period.
Return Process:
AMPL will verify a return request's authenticity and nature. Once they have been identified as genuine, a return collection process will be initiated for them. Refunds and replacements are processed once the return is received by our delivery partner/cashier at the store. Please note that replacement depends on product availability; otherwise, a refund will be offered. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to assisting and resolving concerns.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Batch number on the product does not match the invoice.
- Product not in original manufacturer's packaging with tags, labels, barcode, and invoice.
- Partially consumed or misused products.
- Serial number tampering.
- Defective products not covered under Seller/ Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Used or altered products.
- Freebies/ samples and gifts provided by AMPL/ Brand.
- For certain marketing campaigns/ mega sale periods, special return conditions may apply.
- Tampered barcodes on products.
Certain categories of products marked as non-returnable on the product page do not qualify for returns. They are listed below:
- Temperature-controlled medicines such as vials, injections, pen-fills, vaccines, or specialty medicines that require cold storage.
- Food and nutrition items, including health supplements and drinks with specific storage conditions.
- Sexual wellness products like condoms, fertility kits, lubricants, and pregnancy kits.
- Health care products, encompassing Ayurvedic products, pain relief items, herbal supplements, medical supplies, and adult diapers.
- Family nutrition offerings, including infant baby food, health drinks for toddlers and kids.
- Personal care essentials, ranging from oral care items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwashes, etc.) to feminine hygiene products (sanitary pads, panty liners,
menstrual cups, etc.) and shaving and hair removal products (men's shaving razors, blades, shaving foams, brushes, beard care for men, and women's hair removal
solutions like wax strips, creams, razors, etc.).
- Healthcare devices like glucometer lancets, various health monitors, surgical equipment, and other health-related devices.
- Baby care necessities such as breast pumps and ear syringes, along with bottle nipples.
- Beauty products, including makeup, skincare items, and haircare products.
- Fragrances, covering all items available in the fragrance section.
Refund Process:
For payments made through credit/debit card or net banking payments, a refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours to the same (Source) account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by the customer. The refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours to the same (User provided) account.
Customers also have an option to receive refunds in the store wallet for immediate use.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled until AMPL ships them. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Certain situations may lead to order cancellation by AMPL, they are as follows:
- Non-availability of the product or ordered quantities.
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by partners.
- Orders classified as 'Bulk Order' by AMPL.
